This was a small paper mache dragon I saw at a fair. I wish I had been able to find out the artist's name. It was an amazingly detailed and intricate piece! I removed the busy background and replaced it with several texture layers (public domain).
I was a latecomer to photography, starting in my 60's. Yet I have found great satisfaction and pleasure in creating digital art from my photographs. Taking pictures was a hobby until surgery in 2001 left me disabled and gave me the opportunity to learn about digital art and photographic software.
